You are encouraged to dedicate about 20 to 30 min daily, for self practices with the material available. Hi! I'm Gabriela.

After a lifetime of disturbed sleep, I discovered the therapeutic lens of Yoga, through my own experience of distress and ill health.Ā  At the time, I was burned out, injured with an impending knee surgery, hopeless and extremely tired.

I pursued a Yoga Nidra teacher training with Kaya Mindlin and began a one year Ayurvedic programme with Bonnie Gene, so I can begin healing, not just my body, but also my soul.

My soul was calling for the nectar of rejuvenation, and I began my journey in growing and nurturing a sacred relationship with deep rest.

I am a daughter, a sister, a niece, an aunt, a wife, a teacher, a counsellor, a sacred space holder, an astrologer, an entrepreneur, and mother to my cat and plants. These are my roles, and in order for me to show up and be able to give, I learned that the secret lies in finding inner rejuvenation.

I can support you in findinging your inner sanctuary, using gentle tools and practices coming from the wisdom of Yoga & Ayurveda, to realign yourself to the wisdom of your internal thythms.

 

With tools and technologies belonging to the Yogic Sciences, I support and guide Women, on their journey towards a healthy & balanced life, living in purpose and joy, growing and nurturing a deep sense of belonging.

Week 1 - Build your nest & Relax

Lymphatic drainage massage to improve circulation, reduce inflammation and improve the immune system response.
