Hatha Yoga & Meditation for Women, from our home Yoga studio - Fridays 10 am for 75 min

Join me for an accesible and gentle yoga class, suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. This class is ideal for women with a busy mind and life.

My approach to Yoga weaves in therapeutic and somatic practices ideal for you if you want to reconnect to your body, mind & spirit.

All props are available at the studio. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in.

Candle Lit Restorative Yoga

Press pause on your responsibilities and choose to tend to your wellbeing, by joining us on select Fridays for a restorative Yoga class, where the focus is for you to feel comfortable, held and supported, so that you can fully relax your body, and allow your mind to also let go.

Restorative Yoga uses a series of props to allow to body to hold the poses for longer periods at a time, between 3 to 5 min, encouraging passive stretching. This is a completely different experience, offering you the possibility to hold the poses almoust effortlessly.

When your body enters a state of relaxation, your mind can also consciously relax, as tension begins to melts away.

Full Moon Women's Circles

Come, gather round the hearth, and listen well to a wondrous tale of sisterhood and sorcery. The threads of fate brought together a coven of enchantresses, each with a deep love for Mother Earth and the mystical ways of living. Together, they wove spells of alchemy and transformed the bitterness into a divine elixir, brimming with magic and wonder. Their journey took them through mystical forests and caves of light and warmth, where they encountered parts of themselves that seemed lost, receiving divinely guided messages from other worldly realms. Together they moved into their devotion and drew upon the secrets of the earth to infuse their magic with the essence of the land as the stars whispered tales of ancient lore into their ears.

Through practices like sharing, meditation and somatic movement we will shake off the layers that need to be let go off under the guidance of the Full Moon. 

These circles will take place at my home in Swavesey from 6 to 8pm, on days in movement with the Full Moon and according to the Vedic Lunar Calendar.

 My intention is to create a safe and mystical space, for women to come together, to find healing in community, nourishment and transformation within a space created for letting go. The evening is guided by the wisdom of the celestial Moon and oracle cards. This wil be a space for letting go and connecting to your inner wisdom.
