Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy & Vedic Counselling

 

I offer accesible & authentic Yoga classes, which stem from the tradition of Hatha Yoga, supported by my on-going studies & practice in Āyurveda & Jyotiśa.

Since 2023 I have also been teaching Supreme Release Yoga, a therapeutic approach to Yoga, focused in deep healing, which I use extensively in my work with clients.

You can find me teaching classes and running events in Cambridge, Willingham & Swavesey, across venues like Satyam Yoga & Wellbeing centre, Parkside Pool’s & Gym and Swavesey Village College.

You can choose to work with me in a group setting by joining my classes, or you can work with me privately through Yoga therapy & Vedic Consultancy services.

The Nest, a group program for women

 

With technologies and tools belonging to the Yogic sciences, I guide programs and support women in reconnecting with their body, mind, spirit and ancestry.

Through transformational group programs and individual support, I support women in finding harmony, balance and ease, living aligned with their internal rhythms, nurturing and growing a sense of belonging, purpose & joy.

The Nest is an online program that runs several times a year, at pivotal changes during the seasons. This is a container designed to support your daily routine with self paced practice, live calls and a vibrant growing community.

 These are authentic Yogic teachings for householders, to nurture & transform your body, mind & heart.

The practices shared with you inside the studio are designed to keep your immune and nervous systems stimulated, develop resilience, strength & stability in the body, and the mind.

In this space you will embark on journey of Yoga which is appropriate for your body and mind, attuned to the relationship to your external environment. Enjoy Solar & Lunar Yoga, which will take you on a journey of discovery, beyond your physical body.
